Not An Angel

A couple weeks ago, I had to be out of the door very early in the morning but I ended up with time to kill. I wound up at Party City, sad because there weren't any Halloween toys to play with, but they still had the clearance costumes out.

Thanks, Mom.

I didn't end up getting the costume yet. I can't be an angel but I can damn sure be a princess.

    1. Lol I would rather spend $20 and wait a few months to use it, than spend $50 and need it that week.

  2. It's probably just a little early for Halloween, but it is so nice to know you have a costume far in advance. If you wait until too close to an event, it's hard to find something you like.

    1. Last year, I found out three days before Halloween that we were allowed to dress up at work. Everything was sold out or $50+ or revealed far more skin than I was comfortable with. I'm shopping early this year.

  4. Good. Angels are a boring Halloween costume anyway. I mean, that's the one day of the year I don't want to be good. Angels don't make for very good pranksters.

    1. I dressed as a devil when I was seven or eight. My neighbors were not happy with my mom for allowing it. (It was her costume, but it fit like a dress and pants, instead of shirt and capris.)

  5. You could be an angel if you wanted to! It's funny, though, because as I was reading I had to scroll back up to see the date, cause I was like, 'Halloween???' ha ha. But being prepared ahead of time is smart!
